General Zia ul Haq's reforms and Islamization of Pakistan   Abstract :                            On 10 February 1979, General Zia ul Haq promulgated new ordinances which were Enforcement of Hudood laws in Pakistan which includes Zina, Prohibition, Qazaf, and crimes against Property. These laws were enforced in the Country until The Protection of Women (Criminal Law Amendment) Act 2006, amend and repeal practically.   These laws came out as the most controversial laws in the history of Pakistan as they were intended to prevail Shariah laws throughout the country; These were part of General Zia ul Haq’s Islamization. Why Death Penalty Is Always Given Before Sunrise And After Fajr In Pakistan?   I am an advocate listed in  Karachi Bar Association, Pakistan.   One day a friend of mine asked me a question to me, why the death sentence execution is always done before sunrise and after fajr prayer in Pakistan? I don’t have the answer to that question, so I decided to search for the right and correct answer to that question. I asked my colleagues and seniors for the answer but no one has an accurate answer.
